1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Amaya website ("the Site"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing presence for Amaya, a Dubai-based real estate advisory. Content on the Site — including market commentary, area perspectives, FAQs, and any data we publish — is provided for general guidance only. It is not legal, tax, financial or transaction-specific advice. You should not act on any information published on the Site without obtaining advice tailored to your specific situation.
3. No agency, no listing service
The Site is not a property-listing portal and is not a substitute for engaging a licensed real estate broker for a specific transaction. Where indicative property examples are shown, they are illustrative of the types of brief we typically advise on and should not be relied on as live inventory or as an offer of any specific property.
4. Accuracy
We take care to ensure that information on the Site is accurate at the time of publication. Market data, pricing ranges, yields, service charges and timelines are subject to change and may not reflect current conditions. We make no representations or warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of the content on the Site.
5. Lead enquiries
Submitting a contact form, valuation request, or other enquiry through the Site does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only by a signed engagement letter between you and Amaya.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, the Amaya wordmark, and the underlying code and design — is owned by or licensed to Amaya. You may not reproduce, redistribute or modify any part of the Site without our written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (developers, regulators, scheduling tools, messaging platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaya, its founders, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the Site or from any decision you make based on information published on it.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.
