Do I need to be an Amaya property client to use this?

No. Anyone in Dubai can use the service. Existing Amaya buyers and sellers get priority booking and preferred pricing — but the service is genuinely open.

How do you vet providers?

Track record, licensing, insurance, and references from existing clients. Every new provider partner gets quality-checked by us in person across their first three months. Underperformers don't stay on the list.

What happens if a job isn't done right?

We arrange the fix at no extra cost. One point of contact, one point of accountability — you don't chase the contractor, you call us.

Do you offer one-off services or only ongoing contracts?

Both. Some clients use us for the occasional deep clean or AC service; others move every recurring task onto a monthly retainer. We'll suggest the right structure on the first call.

Where do you cover?

Across Dubai — villas, apartments and full estates. We've extended into Abu Dhabi for select clients on request.

How is pricing structured?

Pay-per-service for one-offs (transparent quote in advance), or a monthly retainer for ongoing care. Retainer pricing depends on home size and the mix of services — we share specifics on the first call.
