1. Who we are

Amaya ("we", "us", "our") is a Dubai-based real estate advisory. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you interact with our website or use our services. Contact: hello@amayahomes.ae.

2. What we collect

When you submit one of our forms (contact enquiry, valuation request, off-plan registration, area-report request, newsletter subscription, or buyer-guide download), we collect: your name (where provided), email address, phone number (where provided), and any free-text information you choose to share about your situation, brief or requirements.

When you visit our website we also automatically receive standard server-log information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps) from your browser and from our hosting provider's logs.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, to provide the service or material you requested, and to maintain a continuing client relationship where one has been established. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Legal basis (UAE PDPL)

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit a form), the performance of a service you have requested, and our legitimate interests as a real estate advisory operating in the UAE. We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable, with the data-protection laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you become a client (in which case we retain transaction records as required by UAE law) or you ask us to delete it sooner. Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; ask us to delete your data; object to our processing of your data; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority. 7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and limited internal access. No transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we apply reasonable safeguards.

8. Third parties

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site and our business: our website host, our email provider, and (where applicable) form-submission and scheduling tools. Each of these processors handles your data on our instructions and under their own published privacy terms. We do not embed advertising, social-media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on the website.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UAE by our hosting and email providers. Where this happens we ensure those providers are bound by appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable cross-border-transfer rules.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If we materially update this policy we will post the revised version here and update the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
