How long does treatment take?
Most home visits 60–90 minutes. You can usually return the same day, but timing varies by treatment — we'll advise on the call.
Annual contracts?
Yes — most clients move to quarterly preventive after one issue. Costs less than reactive treatment and avoids the issue resurfacing.
Termite inspection?
Yes, including pre-purchase inspections for villas. Common request from our property advisory clients.
