How often should AC be serviced in Dubai?
Twice yearly is the minimum; quarterly is what we recommend for villas and any unit running more than 12 hours a day. Pre-summer (March–April) is the most important visit of the year.
Do you handle full system installations?
Not directly — we coordinate Civil Defence-approved installers for replacement units, new installs and major chiller work. We project-manage the engagement for you.
Same-day call-outs?
Yes — same-day for clients on monthly retainers; next-day for one-off bookings, subject to availability.
What types of AC do you cover?
Split units, ducted systems, central air-conditioning and chiller systems across villas, apartments and full estates.
